Ge Da Soup


INGREDIENTS:

½ cup all purpose flour 2 tablespoons water 2 ½ cups chicken broth 1-2 tablespoons thin carrot strips 1-2 tablespoons thin sliced baby bok choy 1 plum tomato, cubed 1 tablespoon Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade 1 egg, beat Dash ground white pepper 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or green onions

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First to make "Ge da", add flour to a container, make small flour lumps by adding water slowly and at the same time stir and mix water and flour with a folk. Try to make them even pieces.

2. Add chicken broth, carrots, baby bok choy and tomato to a pot and bring it to a boil.

3. Add "Ge Da" to the soup, stir simultaneously. Bring it to a boil again.

4. Stir in Ying’s Korean BBQ Marinade and add in beat egg slowly while stirring, then add ground pepper and garnish with cilantro or green onions. Enjoy!
