Pork Lettuce Wrap
INGREDIENTS:
1-2 lb. Thin sliced pork 1/4 cup Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade 1 tablepoon oil 1-2 tablespoons sesame seeds 15 pieces Roman hearts leaves 1/4 cup Ying's Yum Yum Sauce
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place pork in mixing bowl or Ziploc bag, add Ying's Korean BBQ Marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for an hour.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add pork. Cook until they are browned and turn them over. Cook until they are done.
3. Place them in a serving bowl. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
4. Take a piece of lettuce, place some meat in the middle, drizzle a little Yum Yum Sauce. Very yummy!
